摘要

A multifunctional nanoplatform that allows for in situ tracking of the spatial and temporal dynamics of enzymes in response to mitochondria-targeted photodynamic therapy is presented by Lele Li and co-workers in their Communication (e202203238). Activatable translocation of the specific enzyme to mitochondria is monitored during the NIR-light-triggered, spatially selective generation of reactive oxygen species.
