摘要

The Cover shows Co-based nanoparticles grown on a two-dimensional N-doped and macroporous carbon nanosheet with a superior catalytic activity for the oxygen reduction and oxygen evolution reactions.In their Full Paper, J. Gao et al. demonstrate a facile one-pot thermal treatment method to obtain Co-Np-CNs. The enhanced catalytic activity might arise from the 2D nanosheets and porous structures, the well-dispersed Co-based NPs on the carbon sheets, the introduction of electron-rich nitrogen and the stability conferred by the carbon protection of Co-based NPs between the interlayers of nanosheets.
