摘要

Organic thin-film transistors are promising for applications concerning flexible electronics. On page 8456, C.-a. Di, X. Zhu, and co-workers develop an ambient-stable and solution-processable n-type small-molecule semiconductor with the record-high electron mobility of up to 5.2 cm2 V−1 s−1, which provides new insights into the design of high-performance organic semiconductors.
