摘要
An efficient approach is demonstrated for preparing functional organic field-effect transisotrs (OFETs) by using spiropyran-co-methyl methacrylate (MMA) as the photoactive gate dielectric. These OFETs are capable of photomodulating the carrier density in the conductive channel, thereby resulting in high responsivity.
