摘要

Low-voltage (≤−3 V) and flexible polymer thin-film transistors are successfully fabricated, and their applications in photo-/thermal detectors are reported by Y. Q. Liu, G. Yu, Y. Q. Ma, Y. L. Guo, and co-workers on page 3631. A high mobility of 11.0 cm2 V−1 s−1 is achieved by employing diketopyrrolopyrrole-based copolymers. Meanwhile, good responses to light and temperature of these flexible, lowvoltage devices are realized; thus they may have potential applications for electronic eyes and skin.
