摘要

On page 7468, G. M. Lu, H. R. Chen, Y. Y. Zheng, and co-workers propose a minimally invasive and efficient strategy for localized tumor regression via the development of an injectable phase-transformation composite material, i.e., magnetic-Fe-powder-dispersed PLGA (Fe/PLGA) implants. The liquid Fe/PLGA can quickly transform into its solid state to generate the implants in situ upon contact with body fluid and induce magnetic hyperthermia of tumors by an external magnetic field.
