In article number 2406333, Jian-yuan Zhao, Ting Zhu, Lianhui Sun, Guangjian Fan, and co-workers explore the protein lysine lactylation (Kla) landscape, identifying Kla as a key factor in cancer immunotherapy resistance. The cover illustration depicts a tree resembling human lungs under attack by lactylated proteins crossing the immunotherapy barrier.
