In article number 2402064, Lei Gao, Yaoyu Ren, Li-Zhen Fan, Ce-Wen Nan, and co-workers proposed a generalized interphase design principle for Li dendrite suppression by systematically exploring the formation mechanism of Li dendrites. Guided by the design criteria, it is determined that a tailored LiF-Li3N interphase with high interfacial energy, low electronic conductivity, and high interfacial adhesion can stabilize the Li/inorganic electrolyte interface in all-solid-state Li metal batteries.
