摘要
Based on a new type of elastic and flexible electrode, 3D conformal organic single-crystal transistors and circuits are realized for the first time. This electrode strategy allows the use of organic single crystals in conformal electronics and enables straightforward scalability to more highly integrated systems with thin-film materials, therefore showing a strong potential for use in large-scale wearable and implantable electronics.
