摘要

Inverse size‐sieving ….  is possible with smart flexible materials. In their Communication on page 3423, Q. W. Yang, H. B. Xing and co‐workers report an anion‐pillared ultramicroporous material with finely tuned pore aperture size and structural flexibility, exhibiting an inverse size‐sieving effect for Xe/Kr mixtures. The larger Xe atom (red ball) can open the “door” and enter the pore, while the smaller Kr atom (blue ball) is excluded by the limited pore size.
