Perovskite Solar Cells

The halide diffusion from perovskites can chemically dope the electron transport layer and bring forth the nonstoichiometric perovskite surface, leading to initial enhancement but long-term loss of the photovoltaic efficiency of p-i-n cells. In article number 2202982, Shuang Yang, Yu Hou, and co-workers show that in striking contrast, pre-doping strategies can reach the diffusion equilibrium state for the fresh-fabricated device and improve device efficiency and stability.
